Burgundy Tasting
The Burgundy Wine Board (BIVB) cordially invites you to its annual wine tasting event,
bringing together more than 90 prestigious producers and wine merchants from the region and offering the exceptional opportunity to taste a selection of more than 500 of the finest wines of the region.
This year, the Burgundy Wine Board (BIVB) is happy to introduce a new theme specific to Burgundy wines: “Climats & lieux-dits de Bourgogne”. This notion representing the DNA of the Burgundy vineyard and the foundation on which our history and appellation system has been built will be illustrated through:
- The wines presented by each wine producer and wine merchant
- The selection of wines on the Exhibitors’ Choice Tables, where a professional sommelier will guide you through this tasting
- A dedicated “Climats & lieux-dits” informative and illustrative area
To improve your knowledge on Burgundy wines, a training seminar with a commented tasting of Village
appellations will be presented by Jean-Pierre Renard, lecturer at The Burgundy Wine School.
